The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, near the market, and right in front of the lively night market, offering a very convenient location to explore Dalat. The rooms are nice with all the amenities you would need, although there was a persistent musty smell that affected our stay. The service was a mix of ups and downs, with friendly and helpful staff but some issues in responsiveness, leading to an unexpected expensive taxi fare. The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some improvements to provide a top-notch guest experience.

The rooms are nice with everything you would want, but there was a horrible musty smell that we couldn't get rid of. Some improvements are needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Anh Thu at the front desk, but there were some delays in responding to queries both online and during our stay. There was also an issue with ordering a taxi that ended up costing us more than expected.
